3. Shipping Instructions & Delivery Timeline

Detailed shipping instructions, receiving warehouse information, and delivery deadlines will be shared with registered participants approximately six (6) weeks prior to the competition.

Participants must strictly follow all shipping guidelines. Failure to comply may result in samples being rejected or entries being disqualified without refund.

Participants are fully responsible for:

Shipment arrangements

The organisers shall not be responsible for delays, damage, customs rejection, or loss during shipping or transit.

Where required, the organisers may facilitate introductions to independent licensed logistics, customs, or alcohol handling service providers.

Such service providers operate independently. Any engagement with third-party service providers is undertaken at the participant’s discretion and risk. The organisers do not control or assume liability for third-party services.

Submitted samples are non-returnable.

Following completion of the competition, any remaining samples may be:

Responsibly disposed of or destroyed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and through authorised licensed facilities or partners.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Late Samples

Samples that arrive damaged, incorrectly labelled, incomplete, or outside the specified delivery window may be deemed ineligible for judging without refund.
