Fill out the Interest Form
Fill out the interest form. or write us at info@indiainternationalwinecompetition.com. Our team will contact you and help you with the offline registration, registration fee, form submission and payment.​

Submit Entry & Make Payment
After submitting the Offline registration form, participants must complete the payment of applicable entry fees through one of the following methods:

Bank Transfer – Bank transfer details will be shared by the competition team after entry submission.

Razorpay (Online Payment Gateway) – Payment link and instructions will be shared by the competition team.​

​​Entries are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

• Super Early Bird - Until February 28, 2026
• Early Bird - Until May 28, 2026
• Final Registration Deadline - Until September 15, 2026
• Judging Date: October 19, 2026
• Results Announcement: November 20, 2026
Shipping of Samples
Official shipping instructions and sample receiving details will be shared with participants six weeks prior to the competition. Participants must ensure samples are shipped within the specified timeline. All shipping arrangements, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the participant.
Judging Process
All accepted wines will undergo a strictly blind tasting conducted by a distinguished panel of Indian and international wine experts.
Results Announcement
Results will be announced on November 20, 2026, and will be published on the official competition website. Award-winning wines will receive medals, certificates, and promotional recognition through competition marketing channels.
